Overview
No returns will be allowed on any book purchases.
If however your items appear to be defective or damanged on arrival, we will offer you an exchange for the same item. In this case, please send us an email at lifeaftergunpoint@outlook.com and we will confirm the postal address to return the item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange (if it doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria stated).
Shipping returns
To return your product, please send us an email at lifeaftergunpoint@outlook.com and we will confirm the postal address to return the item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
